HVAC Service Agreements - Let's make a Pact!
 Labrador Mechanical, Inc. believes proactive measures are the best means of maintaining a high standard of customer services and prevent situations that may be discomforting and/or costly to our regarded customers. We also believe if we do right by both our customers and employees, we will encourage a triple (win, win, win) environment.
 Our Pact Agreement is an awesome means to help insure our customers are ready for our seasonal Texas climate change as well as keep our employees active during slow periods. By scheduling these tune-ups we are able to provide our customers with industry suggested maintenance required for manufacturer warranties as well as check for any mechanical or safety issues that may concern our customer. At the same time our dispatchers are working with our customers to schedule these visits during slow periods when convenient to our customer, which helps keep our employees happy too. Doing this PACT with our customers allows us to save them money. By agreeing to schedule these appointments twice a year, we can offer this service at a discount from our normal fees.
